        When I contacted Ealing Advice Service I was desperate for help...I have NEVER EVER been met with such hostility , negativity, and ineptitude....the person I spoke to made me feel like something that he scraped off his shoe...he was so rude and condescending....I was SHOCKED that an Advice Centre could have people dealing with distressed members of the public with such an awful attitude...when I asked for his name he said and I quote "I don't have a name" ...even if the Advice Centre cannot help with your situation the staff should have sympathy empathy and compassion it was a real eye opener....I think they should be investigated

        How is it possible to ring for an hour straight every day for 2 weeks and no answer. I tried different times and nobody picks up the phone. They wont see you if you go to the office either. And even though they say volunteers are trying their best surely at least one person should've picked up in the last 2 weeks. It's shocking and it doesn't help when you're desperate for some help and advice.

        Terrible I have been calling for over two weeks now no answer it will ring until the line disconnects. Once you call past 4 an answer machine informs you they are now closed!
