Hand Car Wash

While they are cleaning my car, they broke a piece of plastic, and they are lying to me that it was like that before! Very unprofessional!

If I could give the zero stars I would. I had my car "washed" by these rude people, they do not know how to wash a car or speak to people. The price on the board was 8 but they quoted me 10, after this so called washing of the car which was still dirty. The main owner said show me where the car is dirty, I had to run my finger across areas to show them how dirty the car was still after their complete wash, which then owner then proceeded to tell me it was customers like me who will put him out of business!! I replied "what, by showing you all the areas you have missed? and you haven't even cleaned the windows" I gave them their 10 as not to escalate the issue, once they had it in their hand proceeded to tell me they don't want customers like me (It was a hot sunny day and the car wash is empty - now I know why). I used to have my two cars washed every week at this car wash, now they have this "new management" I will not be going again... EVER! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, they are rude, arrogant and have no customer service skills AND THEY DON'T WASH THE CARS PROPERLY! AVOID THEM!!!
