Delivery man is very bad. He is not able to move something simple into a driveway and instead blames the builders for not making space. Even a novice could have done the simple delivery. Was very rude and aggressive too. I don't know the gentleman name but he looked and sounded Eastern European. Horrible man

I had to enter this store for the first time, I asked an elderly employee about the price of a sheet of formwork board. The next day I went to buy the formwork board and deliberately asked another employee, younger than the previous one, about the price. He checked on the computer and told me a lower price! After I bought the material, I asked the senior employee why he told me a higher price and ....there was a scandal! I don't like stores where there are no prices on the shelves, because the employees lie about the prices, and all this leads to a bad image of the company. Be careful that they don't lie to you about the price of the product! Be careful!

A big thank you to West Ealing Timber for the help you gave me this afternoon. I needed to have a wooden tray/box made so that I can transport a fragile object. They were happy to put together just what I needed, while I waited. Great help and friendly service.
