Really good product range, they literally have everything for hair. The staff are always so lovely, friendly and willing to help! They spent over 30 minutes explaining what to use on my itchy scalp. Cant recommend enough

Must go in person to really appreciate this gem. Wonderful array of good quality products that you won't find elsewhere and staff with expertise knowledge and advice.

The lady with brown hair is absolutely rude!! My second visit in the shop and any question you will have she will respond with Im not a hairdresser I am aware of this as I am not going to get my hair done just asking questions about a product and I would expect a decent customer service? But instead she looks at you and is huffing and puffing when you are browsing. As a customer I should be able to look around and purchase more products but instead I just got my item and left immediately as I did not feel welcomed at all. Very very rude staff avoid at all cost and go to salon direct where the staff are much more helpful and will not judge. Service: Hairstyling
