After looking through the internet and friends' recommendations for architects and getting quotes, I decided to use Freedom Home Architect. I am glad I did as I am very pleased with their service and their price is very competitive. Philip finished plans for my loft and rear extension about 18 months ago. Recently following a building control visit, they requested sap calculation for extension and plan recalculation for the loft due to an additional steel beam required. I contacted Philip who was very helpful with information and recommendations for companies that carry out sap calculations. It was very much appreciated as the build has been very long, stressful and costing a fortune. Philip and Cameron are quick and responsive to my many email queries and are always very helpful. They carried out all my applications for a council permit to build, the Thames water build over and building control as part of their fees. I have already recommended them to my friends and will use them again.

We were very happy with the designs that freedom homes produced for our victorian mid terrace project. They designed a loft conversion and kitchen side extension for us and we especially loved the 3D nature of the drawings. We had builders compliment the designs when we were gaining cost quotes. We felt freedom homes were competitively priced and the communication we received and quick responses to questions and queries were of a high standard. We would 100% recommend to anyone seeing a similar service.
