Very competitive price and quickly responded to all my queries. I did have to email/call to clarify some things but this was mostly due to this being my first extension. Would recommend!

Absolutely glad that I found Extension Plans UK! I had already taken quotes from about 10 architects when I came across Extension Plans UK online. I got to interact with Philip in the first instance and was left so satisfied that I have landed at the right place- the most cost-effective architectural service, clarity of the deliverable and detailed explanation of the whole process. They are professional, polite, quick to respond, extremely helpful and very considerate of the client's requests. We got ground floor extension and side first floor extension drawings done, as well as the building regulation drawings, and Thames Water manhole relocation plans. Everything was handled perfectly and saved us so much headache for an extremely reasonable price. Kamila, our architect, took all of our requests on board, making a couple of rounds of amends at no extra charge until we were 100% in love with the plans. She catered to our requirements with focus on council regulations which led to receiving approval in the first go. I would highly recommend Extension Plans UK as best Architectural Firm.

I discovered Extension Plans UK through a Google search as I was looking to get quotes for my rear house extension to create an open plan kitchen diner. I got many quotes from achitects however Extension Plans UK were the simplest, most transparent and provided competitive pricing. I don't see the need to spend some of the huge achitects fees I was quoted, for a relatively simple house extension. Communication was good and they delivered the plans to me quickly. There was a slight error in the initial plan of the origional house walls, but that was easily and quickly rectified. No issues with getting the plans approved by the council. They are an efficient team and I would definately recomend them as they simplify what can be a daunting process for someone who has not carried out house extensions before.

Got a number of quotes and by far Extension Plans came across as most professional and clear and transparent in their pricing. Brilliant value and not quite the cheapest quote but Im 100% convinced every other quote we had, would have ended up being a lot more. Communication right from quote stage was excellent and throughout process they were extremely responsive and we got planning permission through quicker than expected with no problems. Its such a comprehensive service and they are really well set up - Ibrahim did a brilliant job putting the existing house plans together and then Joshua and Kate were great with their help on the proposed plans - which were presented way beyond what we expected and Rebecca did a fantastic job making sure everything happened when it needed to. Cant recommend enough - they are a brilliant team.
