I had surgery here back in January and I was seen by Tammika. Ive never felt so safe in an environment before. She made me feel like I was her sister. The staff are wonderful and so kind. I would definitely recommend this branch

I was afraid after seen all reviews notes. Thank god i ignored and continued with treatment. After so much of blood loss high count of heart beats and low-high blood pressure the way they supported me the way they all took care of me the way treatment was successfully done was wonderful. Thank you to the team who is working so heard to make us feel comfortable.

After a failed medical termination i was told to visit ealing clinic for a second treatment, My appoitment was at 8.30am I arrived at 8.15am, 5 women were in the waiting room when I arrived, I watched each and every one of them get seen twice and then leave, 4 more women entered the clinic I watched them get called in and still after 2 hours I had not even been seen once, I asked the receptionist twice if they had forgotten about me I asked a nurse twice as she called other women in, i asked a girl beside me what time was her appointment she said 9.45am and was also in for a medical so I couldn't understand how she got seen before me and left before ide even been seen once, finally I was called in 2 and a half hours later, the nurse tending to me was polite HOWEVER she did not listen to me when I told her that my hcg and progesterone had been taken and its signifying a continuing pregnancy she did not scan Me, the Dr prescribed me the wrong medication and the termination failed me a second time, i told her 3 times its a progressing pregnancy but still they decided to give me treatment for left over tissue, i knew it wouldn't work in my heart, so please do not allow them to make assumptions and not scan you, my 3rd visit was to the brixton clinic which scanned me and confimed the pregnancy was still progressing and gave me the correct medication which thankfully worked, conclusion : nurses and drs in the Ealing clinic need to listen to the patient and be sure to scan, you caused me another failed termination and more stress.
