Dc plumbing and heating Wisbech

I work in the FM industry and as part of my role I deal with commercial heating subcontractors and directly employed heating engineers, and I have to say that Dan from DC Plumbing &Heating would put most of my engineers to the test, not only in terms of experience, but also direct communication and customer service (Im not allowed to use internal commercial engineers in my home from my work-conflict of interest). Anyway, in essence, I had an ongoing fault with my boiler for nearly two years, where my boiler was sporadically firing up when the stat called for heating. A previous engineer from a different company advised me that a new burner would be required (550 for the new Reillo burner & labour). I decided to get a second opinion (enter Dan from DC Plumbing). Within 30 mins of Dan servicing my oil boiler he quickly identified the fault to an aged/faulty capacitor with low amperage, just a 10 part. I have had no issues with boiler firing up since Dan replaced the part, kicks in every time. Dan saved me hundreds of pounds, and his rates are fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend Dan to anyone...what a great engineer and a brilliant service. Keep up the good work, Dan!

Dan completely refitted our bathroom and we would not hesitate to recommend him. It was a relief to find someone who delivers great customer service after having encountered a few 'non-starters'. Dan turned up when agreed on every visit from initial planning through to fitting, gave sound advice and provided real attention to every detail. He, and his dad both work to a professional and high standard, and all with a positive attitude whatever problems arose along the way. We are delighted with our new bathroom.
