I brought a pair of boots in on the 9th of Nov 2022 to have the calf adjusted, a 40 deposit was taken and I was given a 10 day wait time. I was in no rush for the boots. I called after Christmas to be told that he will be in contact when the boots are finished and that there was one person ahead of me, his tone was very abrupt. The final week in January 2023, I called back to be told that he had lost the ticket on my boots and wanted me to retake the measurements. By this point, he had lost my trust and my faith so I decided that I'd like to have my boots back with a full refund. My partner went to collect them on Feb 1, 2023, and he refused to give a full refund. I was refunded 30 AFTER almost 3 MONTHS! My calf measurements were written on the boots but no work done on them. Why was I penalised for HIS filing mistakes? I feel like I was robbed! This was not my fault but I had to pay for his mistake. I would not recommend anyone dealing with this level of rudeness and ineptitude!

Kevin has been adapting shoes for my son , who has discrepancy in leg lengths, for several years. His service is excellent. I send off the shoe, he has the details on file, and within days, a perfectly adapted shoe is returned.

Ive been going to ks for years to get my right shoe built up because of a shortened leg. Im a bit vain, and I love trendy shoes, so Ive given Kevin a fair few challenges over the years. Every single pair hes done has been brilliant. Hes really sensitive about the aesthetic of the shoe, so most people cant even tell Ive had it lifted. Id recommend ks othopaedics without hesitation.
