        Really pleasantly surprised today. Previously very rude staff and appalling service. Today it was excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful or efficient. Resolved issues re new driving licence - nothing was too much trouble.

        1 star is generous. Went there this morning, the man running the show said that 09:00 was only a guide and he could open at whatever time he saw fit. The ladies behind the counter were on their phones and not paying attention to the customers. Disappointed but not surprised.
