        My family are massive fans of Bombay Pizza and it is definitely one of our favourites. The food is yummy and never disappoints. The only reason why I can't give 5 stars is because last time we ordered after placing our order directly and being told the delivery time was approximately 30 minutes, it ended up taking 1hr 40 mins! Totally appreciate that it must've been a busy time for them but being given a more realistic wait time would've allowed us to cater for having very upset and hungry children. Hoping that doesn't happen again as we are normally very satisfied customers : )

        The pizza was the perfect temperature for eating, it was easy to get the perfect sized slice and tasted as good as it smelled. I heavily recommend.

        The service was good initially when they started and last year till August. Recently it became the worst. Ordered through deliveroo and waited for nearly 1 hour. Did not turn up and there is no proper tracking. Tried to call them nearly 30 times. Busy tone. My kids are starving at 9:30 night and cant cook at the moment. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is better to ban these guys. Update: These guys became the worst. I recommended to my friends in Carshalton. Yesterday (15th Jan 2022). They ordered food at around 7PM and these guys took 2 hours and the food was too cold. Better to avoid these guys.
