        Zero customer service for the big guy that works there. The other short guy was more helpful. Sorted out my issue. But it could have been handled in a more nice manner, in a human being talking to another human being kind of way. Made me feel stupid.

        Immaculate service with no strings attached. Fixed my MacBook Pro in no time at all. Staff are all super friendly and help you in the way you want it. :)

        Had a problem with my iPhone not working with mobile data. Phoned them up and they said to drop by. Unusal problem as everything hardware wise was working. After investigating the settings they managed to sort it out. Very polite staff, very friendly and make you feel valued which you don't get in shops these days. I have used AA Mac on occasions for the last few years and have never been disappointed with their service!
