        I was very annoying with this agent. I was waiting for over 15 minutes the staff and we did not view the property eventually because the staff didn't bring the key. So she said we needed to wait to enter the property for 45 minutes. we cancelled. So I was waste time....

        Beware if using Cubitt & West, they will try to sign you up to their recommended solicitor. DO NOT DO THIS! The firm they recommend is DC Law. They are utterly incompetent and should really not be allowed to practice. They turned the simplest of chain free purchases into an absolute nightmare (if in doubt, read their Google reviews). Cubitt & West acknowledged to me that they get a kickback for recommending DC Law, which didn't really sit very well with us, knowing that we were under a huge amount of stress and in limbo with our accommodation just so that Cubitt & West could make a few extra quid. And there is absolutely no way that Cubitt & West can be unaware of the problems caused by DC to their clients. We know we weren't the first to be stitched up by them, not going to be the last either. Not the sort of people I'd recommend to anyone.

        The team at Cubitt & West were brilliant throughout the sale of our flat and purchase of our new home. Lewis took a real interest in understanding the type of home we were looking for and did not disappoint! We ended up buying through modern auction and he explained the process and supported us in the decision. Silvia was brilliant at pushing along our sale so that we were able to complete within 2 months. And Lauren was available to support us every step of the way and to answer all our questions.
