The doctors are good at least mine is. The way of getting an appointment is like getting through the Gestapo. It appears the receptionist own the place. They don't understand the situation of the patients, where they work and if they are computer literate. They rule the place.

Went along as an urgent via doctors suggestion and was turned away and informed to go to St helier hospital and I'm 74 and had to get a bus and its even snowing. I had to say I didn't have appointment or form but doctor told me that would be fine... phlebotomy on today wasn't helpful Thank god I had my daughter with me to help

cant believe the way I was just spoken to on the phone, tried to book a call back from the doctor to chat about something that had happened after seeing the dr yesterday, needed to know whether to keep taking the medication or not and I apparently wasn't worthy of that appointment because I came yesterday. She was huffing and puffing over the phone so I said if its a problem I can call back tomorrow and she says oh well yes it is a bit of a problem, horrible telephone manor, obviously doesn't want to help people.

most horrible reception experience of my like never felt so racially discriminated. they didnt even checked me in and the doc. was waiting 20 min even if I was just outside. the doctor are very nice but need so fix the staff.
