        Being a foster carer can be challenging and also rewarding, nobody said it was simple, yet when you have an organization with a very professional team like Ascent ,that pays special attention to the foster carers and the youngsters you will disregard the difficulties. For me ,working at Ascent is like a breath of fresh air, you are valued as a foster carer , and you have a voice .I realize I have made the right choice the minute I joined the team. Working with the team is like having your family around , nice working environment, wonderful training ,ongoing support and guidance . Best of all are the times we all get to spend together doing activities and getting to know one another. I would deffinately recommend Ascent to anyone who would like to become a foster carer.
