        Lovely shop and people but the Faith in Nature refills cost more than buying a new bottle. 4.79 to fill up an old bottle. Edit after response: Fair enough Ruth, I should have thought about the supermarkets undercutting you. I do appreciate the fact you run a refill service and will come back for the next refills I need.

        Favs - always helpful, genuinely interested, supportive and very thorough with queries we have and any information that they share. Tbh, I've had more joy addressing health issues at Noah's then at the conventional doctor's practice.

        Customer service was really bad I asked for some recomandations for relaxation and the sales women was being sarcastic telling me to go to my gp like I didn't already know that what a joke I was really upset with this as the women was being nice to others in the shop and when it came to me she was being rude
