I want to share the fantastic customer service that I have received from Zoe at Pinpoint.I met Zoe Ward not long after I joined my new work place. A large supported house hostel. One of my duties is ensure that the rota is fully staffed. Dealing with absences, staff away on training and vacant posts etc. Zoe has been invaluable in seeking cover often at very short notice and during the Covid pandemic.Zoe has gone out of her way to help me seek Ad hoc cover at very short notice when I was the On-call manager and nothing has been too much bother for her. Always sought cover without fail for all requests. She delivers a really great personable service. I personally recommend using this agency based on my dealings with them. I quickly came to see that Zoe is passionate and knowledgeable and can be relied on. Every time I needed Pinpoint, Zoe was there to help at the end of the phone, one of the best agencies I have used.
