The person Ive spoken with was impolite to the point of being rude, take it or leave it attitude. It seems they are not managing the workload as effectively or efficiently, hence the prolonged delays in responding and dealing with car insurance caseloads.

Carpenters were assigned to me by my car insurance company, Esure, after my partner had an accident in my car. They were given this case over 2 years ago and still haven't resolved the case. Communication has been extremely poor throughout the whole process and often there have been months where I have no updates about where the claim is going. When you try to call them, they just don't answer their phone and you'll be kept on hold until you just give up. I then got falsely accused of not sending in the correct documents at the time of receival. Carpenters is not a company you want fighting your corner for whatever you need them for. Avoid this company where you can and use someone who will get the job done in a timely manor.

Having an awful experience that's be longed out over 2 years. Was finally asked for my bank details back in November after being notified what compensation I was owed. (Shocked at the amount they take) never recieved payment. Was given a new handlers details. When i contacted them they replied to say they dont even work for carpenters anymore.Everytime I call I'm on hold and it gets cut off. On the two occasions I've spoken to someone they've promised to call back after making awful excuses as to why they can't deal with my enquiry and never call back like promised. At my wits end with it all now.
