I have only rave reviews for this gym - Valentino is my P.T., and has been for almost a year. Im following his meticulous advice about nutrition and his obsession with doing exercises & machines with the correct form. So far, Ive lost 2 stone and Squat 10 stone. And Ive never worked out with weights and Ill be 50 this year. Super friendly & professional staff who always make themselves available.
