Im not a person that complains but honestly I ordered 2 portions of chips in my order they both was burnt to a crisp couldnt even bite into them shocking that they was allowed to leave like it! I called up they offered to bring more I said ok, he was very polite and apologetic, then called me back and said the driver said it was to far! So all they can do is give money off next order! Not good enough the chow mien was like sludge I thought the 5 star rating was a winner but definitely was not will stick to what I know.. I walked to my local Chinese and got some for my daughter you can see the difference in colour in the picture..its shocking I know its only chips but how they was allowed to leave the shop I cant understand.. there was no potatoe left they was fried to a stale crisp lol chow mien was slush as was the rice hands down the worst Chinese Ive ever had this is the first review Ive left its that bad! Cant even put it down to taste its actually not even edible

Absolutely delicious food, brilliant customer service - collection was extremely prompt. Food was flavourful and piping hot, even by the time we got home. Portion sizes were great and overall was an amazing meal. New favourite Chinese!
