        Just had to call the branch to sort something out for my mother... Spoken to Melanie and she was so helpful polite and down to earth everything my bank is not.... Also credit to Rob who has helped me in the past, a really polite and helpful man. Basically great staff at this branch.. And I would like to say about the people that have given this branch a bad review when they have phoned up saying they never answer if they are busy they cant as they are helping other customers perhaps call back at a less busy time...? 11/10 from me...!!! Keep up the good work!
