        I have banked with santander for over 50 years, recently I was just making an enquiry and I took my dog with me as we were on her walk, a member of staff said that if I try to take my dog in santander again they WILL close my account. I was not even thinking about taking my dog in.

        Good Santander branch, not very busy as normal but nice to be actually able to visit a branch still. Staff were friendly and gave good service.

        I am extremely disappointed with Santander lasted app update. You just caused me so many problems! I use the mobile app constantly to monitor my funds, pay my bills and transfer funds. Because I have an old phone now the app does not work anymore and when I called the customer support they just basically told me to go and get a new phone. Do you think I would if I could? Would you like to pay for it? You priority is my security? No really now I cannot use the app anymore thats the only thing you can be sure of. You have absolutely no consideration for your customers. I just want to find another bank that more customer focused.
