Initially I was offered a chargable consultation session but when asking for a slot later, got turned down becasue "it is slightly too small in scale for us to offer our services for at the moment etc" I find this a bit dismissive and extremely disappointed with KJC...

Kevin and the team at KJC are first class. They have succssfully navigated us through a double storey extension, as well as adapting certain areas to accommodate the increasing needs of our disabled Son. KJC have made an otherwise complex journey, seamless and have really paid attention to the detail and communication has been excellent throughout. We first discussed our project with Kevin at KJC Architects in October 2020. It was clear from the outset that Kevin understood our vision and that his creative thinking, original and functional ideas were what we needed to complete our project. Building a rapport with Kevin was easy due to his honest and very frank nature. Michela also worked very closely with us on this project and developed many innovative design ideas to accommodate our wishes. Kevin and the team have been very supportive throughout the whole process from designing, to planning applications and to tender. We are at the building stage now and are excited to finally see the end product. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you Kevin, Michela, Sophie and Joshua.

We coudln't be happier with Kevin and the team. I highly recommend their 3D renders as an added benefit, they really helped us visualise how the upstairs headspace would be

KJC Architects have designed our single storey wrap around extension and took us all the way from initial design to building regs. As newcomers to the world of building and planning, we had no idea what to do but Kevin and Josh explained every stage and did a fantastic job. We were looking for a slightly more unusual extension and Kevin got what we were trying to achieve straight away and came up with several ideas which fit the bill. The planning went through smoothly too. Kevin will say that KJC are not the cheapest option but I do very much think we got the whole value from them. The bit that we appreciated more than anything was Kevin sharing his experience and tips / thoughts with us on other parts of the build, which again as we have no experience has been really helpful. Friendly, responsive and above all incredibly skilled at what they do, I would not hesitate to recommend KJC.
