    Spoke to a guy who picked up the phone, asked for a quote, given 18.00, I then went onto the Web site and was quoted 13.50! and allowed me to book the slot. Upon calling back to confirm the same guy answered, told me to wait, then when he came back said he cannot do the job! Poor service overall!

    As a long standing customer, I was very disappointed and frankly disgusted to receive a call 2 hours before my scheduled pick up yesterday at 5.30 pm (28/3/2023) only to be told that I had to pay an additional 30 on top of my 69 for congestion charges, when I do all my booking online and agree the cost in advance. This caused us unnecessary stress as we were in the middle of getting ready. I actually ended up driving into London myself and the only thing I paid was 15 parking since I am exempt from paying the congestion charges, so actually you did me a favor and I saved over 55+ and the driver lost an additional 10 tip. For those who book in advance, you need to take all costs into account before agreeing a cost with your customer and not call them less than 2 hours before the pick up which was most unprofessional. May I recommend that you insist all your drivers to be driving an Ultra Low Emission vehicles so that the customer is not expected or forced to pay an additional cost of 12.50 for Ulez fees on their behalf and for Wallington Station Cars to be more transparent with your customers who book online and in advance like me. I am really not happy with your firm recently with never turning up on time and now this and very tempted to cancel all my advance bookings with your firm.

    I used their Taxi service. The car was very smelly it was really bad. Had to open the window. My journey was unpleasant as a result.
