Not happy my parcel was meant to arrive at 3pm and 7.25pm still not here I'm that annoyed I'm lost for words.

They are always great with me , maybe people with an attitude problem have written derogatory comments . Love your postman/women, appreciate them and tip them at Christmas!!!

Open on weekend- amazing Also had no problems with them. There can be queue but never seen seen anything longer than 5-10 mins waiting

It seems a bit unfair that the office has such a low rate, because guys there are absolutely brilliant. I went yesterday to pick up my parcel and it took literally 5 minutes. It was a small queue, but a lady at the counter sorted everything in a few seconds. She was nice, polite and very friendly.

Fast and friendly service. I was the only one in the queue and was served seconds after ringing the bell. Open to 7pm on most days which is really helpful.
