Had glasses from here before and good service. This time customer service very poor. Ordered glasses and promised 2-3 weeks. After time elapsed manager said glasses not made waiting for parts so cancelled order and asked for prescription and after many texts and phone calls and 2 visits to shop finally given prescription over 2 weeks later. Now ordered elswhere and will not be going back to this optician.
