Cromwells Estate Agents

I have just completed today on a flat purchased through Jay at Cromwells. I have to say the process was faultless. There was no messing around, the flat was priced reasonably and the communication was second to none. Always a reply whatever time of the day, always a callback. I shall be doing business with Cromwells again. It's very hard to find honest truthful estate agents but these guys are exactly that. When I put my offer in there was absolutely none of this old "there's been someone else with a higher offer" malarkey. It was black and white from start to finish. Thank you guys and have a well deserved Easter break

Once again, we have had a very good experience with using Cromwells. The quickness and efficiency right from the start, Sam took the pictures and arranged the property to be shown on all the usual websites, this was done on the same day that the photos were taken. Very helpful, professional staff who arranged the viewings on our property and took charge of the viewings so we did not have to worry. Any queries I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Chanelle was wonderful, explaining processes to me and hand holding along the way. And very calming to me and Sally as well! A massive thank you to Chanelle, Sally and Kate and everyone else who took the viewings for us. Would definitely use again (although hopefully not too soon!) and would recommend to anyone to use Cromwells for a smooth transaction and a real personal touch and listening.
