        From the moment I made contact with Tony from Bradrich I recieved an excellent service. Professional, courteous and friendly I was kept well informed on the progress of the repair and Tony also dealt with any questions from my insurer. I cannot fault them.         I honestly could not be more grateful for lovely Tony getting me out of a desperate situation following MOT failure for snapped cable on passenger door which meant that you couldn't open the door from the outside. Tony literally dropped everything to help me, took a good look at the problem, hoping to fix but as new parts were needed, he ordered them, booked me in for the next day and completed the job at such a good price! SO very much appreciated at this time of year! He also repaired a metal strip and fitted a new indicator bulb to get me through the MOT. A lovely team, Tony and the other guy I met (sorry I don't know your name), you are true angels, superstars and such professional, genuine guys. Will definitely recommend you to everyone I know and be back when something else goes wrong with my car. Thank you so so very much, Julie
