        I made 2 large orders of books. One of them arrived sporadically however the 2nd didnt come so I emailed after waiting almost 2 months and found out that theyd been delivered in transit and returned and they refunded my money however the fact that they had been inactive in automatically refunding my money and I had to contact them to find out was pretty rubbish customer service. The CS people are always friendly when. You contact them though and they did refund the money after that. I refuse want to use Amazon so Awsome Books is a brilliant alternative however there have been issues with shipping with almost all of the orders Ive made (UK to Greece)
