We were building our own house and were interested in a central vacuum system and ventilation with a heat exchanger. The idea of insulating the house then drilling large holes direct to outside seemed ridiculous. We have lived in our house for 8 years now. Both systems are working fine. Anne and Tim were very helpful and know their subjects. Excellent. Thank you. We also bought a house in France and needed a wood burning stove with pipework etc. Again we found the right company, good advice, research, order and install. Again very pleased. I am pleased to recommend them.

Had a demonstration of an integrated vacuum system at my new build in 2005, purchased it there and then, fitted it later that year. Roll on 12 years later, we still cant believe it has lasted so long and it gets used almost every day. Today, the brushes in the motor failed so i have contacted CVC Direct to see if i can get some replacements. Amazed by the quality and service.

I purchased a vacuum system for a new dwelling, when we finally got round to completing the system it would not work! CVC asked us to remove the motor cover and check the cables, upon removal we found a used 'Cuppa Soup' packet! a strange find indeed. CVC requested that we return the circuit board for them to test, once this was done (at my cost) no fault could be found so I requested that they come and check the vacuum. When they finally came it was found that a heat sensor on the motor was faulty, once changed it worked fine. My challenge with CVC Direct is that it cost me a further 336 to get a working vacuum ! CVC Direct say that labour is not part of the one year warranty! so you may wish to bear this in mind if you are considering purchasing from CVC Direct.
