        We've been using Virtual Secretary Services Direct for about 5 years for the typing of reports and general correspondence and also ad hoc jobs such as data entry and database management. The service we receive is professional but personal and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

        Very disappointing service. Explained the length of recorded audio, agreed rate, sent in audio files to VSS to draft the minutes. After a week I was told there was a delay due to staff sickness but they would resume work. Never received a response for weeks until I followed it up recently, then a day after I received an email from Janice's partner saying the work would take longer than anticipate at 3 times the cost! I had to deffer important meetings twice and now I am having to start again after so much time wasted by VSS.
