        Wonderful welcoming, inclusive, friendly club. Joined for their Learn to Row course last summer and feel in love with the people, the stretch of the river, and even the exercise. They've taught me not only how to row but also how to build a weightlifting plan, to safely train in the gym, and a whole lot of other practical skills. That Learn to Row course was so much fun and has turned out to be the best thing I ever did for my mental and physical health! Also very affordable, well equipped facilities, in a charming if dilapidated listing building of a rowing club. Always see the kingfisher when it with the squad, too. Urge anyone in the area with any interest in keeping fit, the river and its wildlife, or making new friends, to join.
