Amazing service from Tom. My controller developed a fault where it was continually on. Thought was relay so replaced that but didnt work. Tom asked for it to be sent back despite it being out of warranty and three years old. I sent it back they tested it and found a fault with the thermostat and sent me a whole new controller back for free. Amazing service, would highly recommend and very professionally dealt with. Many more companies could learn from revotec I was upfront about warranty but they dismissed as they wanted to find faults to continually improve. Very very impressed as I was set to buy ankther.

Can highly recommend both product and the great team at Revotec, especially Les & Tom I thought my fan controller that came with the car was faulty and purchased a new controller which then also didn't work. After some great diagnostic work from Les, all up and running perfectly and turns out it was my own fault for the issues I was having

Tom & Les at Revotec were fantastic. My fan control unit developed a fault which I thought might be the relay. They sent me a free relay. However, this didnt cure it so I sent the control unit back to be tested and it was found to be faulty. They then sent me a brand new one and all the fixings etc worth over 100 FOR FREE!! Even although my warranty was over a year out of date. How fantastic customer service is that!!

Excellent products (in my case a thermostatic radiator fan conversion kit) and wonderfully professional and efficient customer service too. I needed a very small item (adjustment tool) which I had mislaid and they sent me another immediately which I recieved the very next day in a jiffy bag. Utterly superb!
