Cyclone SPA Mineral Shower Head

I would advise anyone not to purchase any thing from this company as they do not deliver and will not answer any of your emails very poor communication you pay but they don't deliver

We bought this shower head at Bowood show in September and since then we have been trying to get back in touch to return it for a refund. Horrendous water pressure, doesn't get you wet because the water is so fine and the website talks about hiring event suits!! Do not buy this product. The 5* rating is by the company themselves.

I purchased a shower head at the Cheltenham Racecourse show and I've certainly learnt a lesson never to buy things like this at a show. This is the worst shower head I have ever used. The spray is so fine that it didn't even get my hair completely wet but the bathroom was soaked. The fine spray blows all over the bathroom and my walls, floor and units were running with water - I have never had that before. It really was a horrible shower, I used it once and I've given it to the charity shop. Waste of 30. If you really want to buy one buy it from Amazon - they sell them for 10 - at least you'll waste less money than I did!

Bought this shower head on November 8th at Knebworth Christmas Fair. It is fabulous, doing everything exactly how it was explained to us. The pressure on the head is so much better than our previous Raindrop model. Time will tell but so far, more than so good!! We have a slip of paper with 1 year guarantee and email details

I ordered a shower head on Sunday - money taken. No email. And no shower head. Calling trading standards Monday.
