        Focus on your customer instead of an empty table first. We walked in, found a nice table near the window where a couple just left. We asked the staff twice and waited for 15mins at least to have the table clean up. The first staff came and took away the dirty plates, cutlery on the table but didnt give the table a wipe. To be fair the food is pretty good but the whole waiting there sitting at a dirty table my 6 years old try to avoid her sleeves touching the table put me off completely. Will never walk back there.

        Wonderful coffee and toasties, but lots of other menu choices too, lovely atmosphere and great service, and an upstairs area for when its really busy which it was when we visited. A lovely old building but modern in every other way. Well worth giving this tea room/ coffee shop a go. Thanks so much!
