        Had a fantastic stay at this delightful little place. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. The views from the front of the sloping hills, the cozy coal fire, the huge comfy bed and a host of other little touches made for a wonderful few days in a part of the country we had not experience before. Highly recommend Milecastle Inn (Haltwhistle) for a cracking Sunday roast! Sarah was great with communication for check in etc. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Would give it 6 stars if we could!

        A nice 4 night stay....beautiful setting and beautifully presented. Extra shiny in the current circumstances which we appreciated. Bit tricky getting on to fairly busy main road from the lane...would benefit from simple hedge trimming . Will recommend, but would've been even better had the hosts at least had a little conversation with us, maybe just a little more welcoming ,that would've been nice and frankly more normal! Loved the very well equipped box tho and the surrounding area is stunning.
