        I went in to get my 60 plus oyster proceeded they wouldn't do it becouse my birth certificate was hand written!!!! I took my form to another post office where it was processed with no problem at all

        Staff is extremely rude. Went to return an item. Says they open at 9am . Got there 9.30, staff had us waiting for 10mins before saying something through close doors that they will be opening at 10am. When i explained i couldnt hear the rest of what she saying and why she took so long to tell us she walked off
