The Enchanted Castle (Day Nursery) LTD

Worst nursery I came across! They are the biggest liers, they have advertise their timings as 7.45 am-6.15 pm whereas actual when you go for admission they say that take your child back by 5.30 pm. Being a full time working mom its really difficult for me. I contacted them about chargers before viewing but when I reached there Emma ( manager ) lied that charges are 55 per day and you have to take minimum 3 full days which is not as per policy of any nursery I have seen uptill now I corrected her that I have already told that charges are 50 over which she got confused and agreed then. The shocking point was that she asked me to pay 50/day for settling in days also either my child go for 2 hours or 5 hours which was not acceptable to me as I know settling in days are never charged! They have no sympathy and concern for anyone all they know is how to make more money by lieing too much,never recommended this nursery!

I would highly recommend Enchanted Castle to all. The staff are supportive and caring of each child. They have encouraged my son in many way throughout his time with them. The staff are understanding and make you feel at ease. We will be sad to say goodbye.

My daughter attends this nursery and she is very happy with it. She has friends and she loves her teacher!
