I had an appointment today for a root canal treatment. I was treated by Dr. Zan Johar and his assistant. It was by far my best experience at a dentist - in my entire life! They were absolutely brilliant. So warm and friendly, explained the whole procedure beforehand, made the whole process pain free and gave really honest and helpful information after the procedure. I honestly can't thank them enough for their service!

Worst dental experience ever. I was referred here by 111 for emergency services for a toothache. Unfortunately, I was few minutes late for my appointment 14:00 because of traffic. The receptionist asked me to fill out the form after confirming my name and information. While I was filling out the form, a doctor came down from upstairs and said he didn't see the patient at 14:15 and he had to cancel. I was sitting next to him, but I didn't realize it was me they were talking about since they didnt mention my name. After the doctor went up stairs, the reception called me and told me that I couldn't see the dentist because I was 20 minutes late. I said it wasn't even 20 minutes. Close to 20 minutes, she said. Then I was asked to leave. It was not even 14:20 when I had to call 111 again to make a new appointment with the dentist. So why the reception didn't tell the dentist I'm here? They can even tell me I'm late and the appointment is cancelled when I came in. Instead of the dentist coming down and asking where the patient is and not telling me. I know the NHS gives some benefits to dentists who receive emergency care. If you want benefits and you don't want to be responsible, that's not right.
