They are extremely rude there timekeeping is so bad they cant meet deadlines they demanded my tenants to pay for materials or they will not leave when I asked to speak to the manager (John) they keep hanging up on me and refuse to let me speak to him or resolve the matter. I asked for a delivery for the morning two day before so they can book me in for the morning delivery, when I called back all I got was we will call you back I told them if they can not deliver in the morning I do not wish to go ahead with the order they then came at 3pm with the materials and demanded my tenant to pay for the materials. By the way we are not in another country we are in the uk so I highly doubt CHOPPING HANDS will happen!!!!

Absolute disgrace extremely unprofessional delivery driver abusjve snd obnoxious. I really would shop around and look for a better service the staff are dismissive rude vulgar and the delivery driver abusive - the manager terminated the call when the issues of rudeness and abusjve manner was raised - I would avoid and go elsewhere for far better customer service
