I have been very fortunate to have been able to benefit from Anne Marie therapy services. Extremely professional, kind, compassionate, supportive with empathy too. I would always recommend Anne Marie, her understanding and ability to put those worries at ease and be able to provide support with ongoing self help techniques is worth its weight in gold. If youre looking for a source of therapy that works, then I would highly recommend Anne Marie every time.

Having failed to complete a MRI scan due to claustrophobia I decided to contact Anne about hypnotherapy to overcome my problem. I decided on a 4 session course which included breathing, tapping and hypnotherapy techniques. Being sceptical about such remedies I was amazed at how Anne managed to alter my mindset in such a short time. From being fearful and anxious about the scan, I used the lessons learned to control my emotions and am delighted to say that I successfully completed a MRI scan, albeit in an open scanner, thanks to Anne. I cannot praise Anne enough for the help she has given me and would highly recommend her to anyone else with such issues.

Anne was really patient and understanding with my situation, Anne looked after my needs and gave me numerous options and ways to help with my situation, I felt really relaxed when speaking to Anne even though normally my situation made me uncomfortable to speak about. I would definitely work with Anne again.
