        Ordered items over 2 weeks ago for a 3 to 5 day delivery and not received them yet. Tried contacting them a week ago and again yesterday by phone and email to no avail. Left messages as requested for them to call back. Yep you guessed it, no return call. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal. Immediate refund issued. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EQUUS

        Slowest delivery ever and you just need to hope everything fits as returns are twice as slow! Never ordered from Equus again. Do yourself a favour and do the same

        Equus don't dispatch within promised time frames, don't deliver within promised time frames. Fail to respond to emails and never answer the phone. This is a company to be AVOIDED, spend your money elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

        I strongly urge you to buy your horsey stuff from somewhere else. * Site said allow 4 days for delivery. It took 6 weeks. * After 2 weeks with no delivery or update I tried to call. No answer. Tried several days in a row; nobody ever answered. Left a message via the website and the auto reply said they'd respond within a day. Nothing. I chased 2 days later. Nothing. Chased again the next day. Eventually got an email back but it was hard work. Go elsewhere. It's just a really rubbish experience and a load of hassle and time to actually get what you ordered. Equus deliveries take so long that if your horse is over 16 years old it might die of old age before your jodhpurs arrive.
