Eddy has been helping me with various injuries I've accumulated over the years, and he's really helped me out. He's knowledgeable and friendly and I'd reccomend him to anyone.

Highly highly recommend! Very professional and knows what he is talking about, not a big fan of treatments but was made to feel comfortable at all times. After a few appointments there are definitely big improvements, wish I hadn't wasted months with other physio's. A+++

Highly recommend. I had various aches and pains I was struggling to move away from and since attending these sessions I've been pain free for 6+ months. Eddy is professional and super knowledgable. He had Excellent service, and made me feel super comfortable during treatments.

Eddy has been my personal trainer since the autumn of 2015. He's helped me with my strength, posture, weight and injuries. When frustrating aches and pains appear with seemingly no cause, Eddy is able to pinpoint the cause based on his deep knowledge of body mechanics. One occasion that always springs to mind is where I finished a run with pain in my achilles tendon. By the next morning I could barely walk. Thankfully I had a personal training session booked. Eddy spent time assessing the injury, identified a weakness in my calf, worked on activating the muscle and within the hour I was running on the treadmill again. His ability to learn and understand the individual circumstances of his clients means every training session he does is truly bespoke. And he's a top bloke!
