Couldnt recommend Pat highly enough! Called him at midnight with a visit the following afternoon, Pat attended severals times (and always when he said he would) to deal with any concerns we had and was very prompt with responses. Answered all of our questions and concerns we had and provided us with reassurance / confidence that we was in the best hands! We cannot recommend Pat enough. We had a complex issue (rat infestation) affecting our property. Since the first visit, Pat demonstrated punctuality, professionalism, and honesty. He always gave us all the details about the work required and all the information regarding potential costs before proceeding to the next step. Pat resolved a serious and potential dangerous problem and we cannot thank him enough for that.
