As a family run business with 15 employees unable to answer calls or make calls to our customers snd suppliers the impact on our business has been huge.
The problem seems to be the internet connection provided by Invosys we have another service from a great supplier but Invosys have yet to worked out how to connect the telephone service to our router.
I ring everyday almost every hour and email too without resolution.
My advice is do not have Invosys as your supplier we made the wrong decision.
