        Couldn't manage a building properly if their life depended on it. Extortionate maintenance charges for effectively no maintenance being delivered, rude/incompetent staff and take ages to answer emails. Deliberately obstructive and refuse to give you answers to very standard questions.

        I live in a property managed by "Portland Block Management". In a year and a half, the carpets have been cleaned once, the roof repair has been ignored for months until water finally caused the stairwell electrics to fail. It comes as no surprise that months later, the roof has not been fully completed, nobody can see at night in the stairwell, and nothing seems to be resolved even if you contact them directly.
