The Firehouse

Called into the Firehouse today with the intention of changing my Mums gas fire as we thought it had packed in . Spoke to Liam who was really helpful , and he asked why we were replacing the fire ? After telling him how old it was , and why it wouldn't work , he asked if he could call and have a look at it as for its age it should should still work . That same afternoon Liam turned up , inspected the fire , found the problem , repaired it ,cleaned it , and had it working within 20 minutes ! He could have so easily sold us a new fire , and we would have known no different . The guys honesty , help, and professionalism is absolutely fantastic ! I cant thank or recommend Liam enough , there are very few these days who would have done what he did so if you are thinking of a new fire , advice , or help DO NOT HESITATE to call The Firehouse , these guys are second to none cheers Phil

These guys are fantastic. Great local company who care about their business as well as your experience. They honestly cannot do enough for you. Had an issue with the inner parts of coal/log fire and Liam was on it right away getting me the parts required, which will be ready to buy in a few days. Top guys, they really are.
