Awful experience and the reviews are pretty much the same as the others. Booked an appointment which they confirmed. Travelled and it was closed. They refused to refund me and stopped responding to messages. I have used my friends account to leave this as I do not want the rude messages others have received after leaving a review.

AVOID!!!!!!!! I wish I had read the reviews! Worst aesthetics company I have ever come across! Had my lips dissolved then went back to have them refilled made the appointment with Sarah however she wasnt in so I had Steph. I would have left it however I had drove 1hour to get there. I was then told my lips were migrated even though they were previously dissolved at MCR! I left and a few days later noticed all lumps in my lips the filler was superficial I tried to contact them and was ignored I then went to have a 2nd opinion by FACES who stated they felt like bubble wrap and it was to superficial they needed dissolving I had spent 560 on dissolving and lip filler with this company to need them dissolved again!!!! When I did manage to get through I was spoken to very rude. Wont allow me a refund even though I have clear pictures of my lips! The customer service is terrible! Aftercare is terrible! Im so glad I had no serious problem as there is no way to get hold of them and when you do its sarcastic replys! I wish I could attached pictures of my lips and the messages between me and this company to this review. I would avoid they want your money and dont care!!!!
