I didn't even receive an apology for them delivering the wrong paper to my client, she just said I don't have the staff for that right now, even though I was asking could we come into the shop to exchange it.

The people woking at the post office are hopeless, every time mistakes!!! Only the youngest lady is able to manage the work. Someone must pay attention, that's not acceptable.
