I have had three treatments over the past couple of months to help with muscle soreness and my poor posture at Swinton chiropractic. I was also suffering with exertion headaches that came out of no where, but after Pete treated me, I felt instant relief after both treatments, I felt more relaxed and I have not had a headache since. I have also had a sports massage off the lovely Ciara. I like a firm massage and that is what I received. Ciara will cater to your needs individually to get the pressure just right and provided me with physio exercises to take home with me. I felt really relaxed afterwards and the tightness in my shoulder and hamstrings have been massively reduced. Cannot wait for my next treatment!

I went to see Peter with a trapped nerve, and after the first session I saw a difference, I had a futher 4 sessions, and after my second session I did a charity walk, and raised 100, I had suffered for 6+ years

I went to see Pete after having a knee replacement. After walking with a limp for so long my gait had shifted giving me lower back pain when walking. It was a very positive experience and Pete quickly got on top of the problem. I felt I was in good hands throughout and could see my progress after each session. I highly recommend his service.
